SHIPPING & RETURNS
All in store sales are final.
All product orders are non-refundable if opened.
Disrupted packaging of the product upon arrival to the customer is not the fault of Illashtrate but the fault of the shipping carriers/transit period, therefore no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the products upon arrival. Illashtrate is willing to provide solutions to broken products, not broken packaging of products since that does not disrupt the use of the actual product. We will also provide a replacement item for up to 2 days after the "delivered" date. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
For unopened products, we will provide a full refund for up to 7 days after delivery date. Refund will be initiated once we receive the package and it is inspected by our shipping department. Again, it is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
