All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable after 24 hours of booking your appointment.

There is a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appoinment start time, there will be a $50 late cancellation fee (in addition to your deposit for full set bookings).

In the unfortunate event that a client consistently cancels last minute or does not show up for their reserved appointment, the client will no longer be able to schedule appointments.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable only transferable up to one time with a 14 day notice.
