Cash, card, Apple Pay, and Zelle will be accepted.
Reschedules & No Shows
It is my expectation, without exception, that every client maintains their scheduled appointment date and time, unless rescheduled more than 12 hours in advance. Same day cancellations and no-shows will result in an automatic $50 late cancel fee.
To reschedule an appointment, refer to your initial confirmation email or log in to the booking site to access your current appointments.
Additionally, no-showing your appointment or a continuous occurrence of same-day cancellations will result in an immediate ban from booking future reservations at Lashes by Alex, even if fees are paid.
In respect to my time and other client's time, NO CLIENT WILL BE EXEMPT FROM THIS POLICY - NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXCUSES.
Refunds & Deposits
Without exception, refunds can not be granted for regular payments, deposits, and/or memberships. If local and/or state government force us to temporarily close, I will reschedule your appointment up to 6 months. Absolutely no refunds.
Late & Early Arrivals
Please note, early arrivals are not necessary. Appointments will start at the reserved time.
15 minute grace periods will be given to late arrivals. In the unfortunate event that a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will either be shortened or canceled.
In the event that a client is not serviced due to lack of promptness, their deposit can not be refunded or transferred and/or a $50 late cancel fee will apply.
In the event that an appointment is shortened due to lack of promptness, the full amount for the services booked will still apply.
In the event that I am running behind or late for the appointment start time, the client will still receive the full duration of services booked.
Membership Policy
- Members will be charged a monthly fee on the same day of every month and will receive 2 refill credits per month
- Unused credits will carry over to the following month
- 2 credits can be used to redeem a full set
- Once credits are used within a single month, additional refills will receive $15 off the member price
- Memberships can be canceled at anytime before the monthly balance is charged
- No refunds on membership charges (NO EXCEPTION)
Aftercare Policy
It is my expectation that all clients follow proper aftercare instructions. If aftercare instructions are not followed, the client runs the risk of damaging their natural lashes, developing infections, and/or ruining their lash extensions. If the lash extensions are ruined or fall off prematurely due to improper aftercare, a full set is needed to restore the fullness of your lash set and the health of your natural lashes. Full Set prices will apply.
Guest Policy
Due to the intimacy of your appointment, please do not bring any quests with you to your appointment.

How do I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive on time with a clean, freshly washed face. Avoid caffeine to avoid restlessness and jitters. Wear comfortable clothing. And lastly, silence your phone and prepare for a refreshing lash nap.
Can I bring someone to my appointment?
Due to the intimacy of your appointment, please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment.
What should I expect at my appointment?
First, we will discuss your desired lash style. Then, you can expect to be lying still for 1-2 hours, comfortably on my luxury lash bed. Majority of clients fall asleep at some point during the service. Don’t worry! That’s expected. Once the service is complete, I will gently wake you for the big reveal.
How long do lash extensions last?
Your lash extensions should be filled every 2-3 weeks for the best results.
Do lash extensions hurt?
Not at all! In fact, my clients look forward to the the time spent with me because it is their time to relax and have uninterrupted quiet time. Most clients fall asleep.
Can I put mascara on my lash extensions?
Lash extensions are meant to replace your mascara. If you feel like you still need mascara with lash extensions, let’s discuss some other style options to better suit your desired look.
Will lash extensions ruin my natural lashes?
Lash extensions will not ruin your natural lashes IF applied and removed correctly. I am personally a multi-certified lash artist, educator, and a licensed esthetician. You’re in good hands!
Can lash extensions get wet?
Of course! It is important to clean your lashes daily for the best retention results and hygiene safety.
How do I care for my lash extensions?
It is so important to cleanse and brush your lashes EVERY DAY! You will be given a lash brush at the end of each appointment. Illashtrate Lash Cleanser is available for purchase in-house or online. Remember these steps… 1. Cleanse 2. Rinse 3. Dry 4. Brush — Repeat these steps every day and schedule your fill appointments every 2-3 weeks.
